How It Works
A simple flow to help you create an opening in a few minutes.
Breath work
A quiet moment to settle your nervous system before you begin.
"Take three slow breaths with me. Breathe in for a count of four, hold for four, breathe out for four."
Grounding & welcoming
A brief moment to arrive and notice what's around and within you.
"Feel your feet on the ground. Notice the people around you. Notice your breath, your heartbeat, the sounds in this room."
The four simple steps
What are you opening?
Tell us the occasion: a work meeting, circle, workshop, classroom, or something else.
How much time do you have?
Choose 1–2 minutes, 3–5 minutes, or 5–10 minutes.
Choose which parts you want
Select breath work, grounding, land acknowledgement, and/or a prayer.
Review, edit, and save
Preview your opening, shorten the words, change them, or just use them as inspiration. Save it with a name.
Save and reuse your openings
Once you create an opening, you can save it with a name like "Monday team meeting" or "Circle with friends." Your openings are yours to keep, edit, and use again whenever you need them.
You're in charge. You can skip any step, shorten the words, change them, or just use them as inspiration. This tool's meant to support you, not to tell you how to do things.
